Not much to say other than outstanding service. Took my 2011 Nissan Murano in for a safety inspection; speaking with Justin, discovered that there were three major repair issues. Control arms, which were taken care of that day; a small head gasket seal leak, and an axle issue that wasn't immediatly serious. When I arrived to pick up the car, Justin displayed photos of the other two issues and we talked about a time frame reference as to when they needed to be taken care of. One of the things that I like about John's Automotive is the level of transparancy they provide when discussing issues with your car. They seem to empathize that most patrons may not be "loaded" when it comes to car repairs. They use that empathy in suggesting what needs to be taken care of now and what can wait a bit down the road. The fact that they stated that they are willing to monitor the two other issues during routine maintenance is bonus.
