These guys are great! I first came to them for a smog check, and then a couple months later returned for an oil change and some new tires. They made sure I got a great deal on everything and went above and beyond. Great auto center.

These guys are absolutely awesome! I've worked with Bryan the most figuring out my car and he was great! Was straight forward and honest with me about all things concerning the recent difficulty with my power train in my car. I took it to them initially per the recommendation of my neighbor and they did their best to make it an inexpensive fix hoping it would last long term. Unfortunately, to no fault of theirs it didn't and had to take my car back within a month. Both times they fixed it quickly and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. They shuttled me to work both times I had to take it in as well. I will not take my care anywhere else for as long as I reside in San Diego and highly recommend them even they're a little out of your way to get there. They car about the person as well as the car. John's Automotive is my go-to place for any and all car repairs and questions. These guys and gals are the most helpful, positive, fast and professional people you'll ever work with for your vehicles!!! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Another grand slam by the staff at Johns Automotive! My car wouldn’t start and turns out it was a dead battery. Instead of panicking I made a quick call to Dave and he got me in in about 10 minutes! I was also due for an oil change and Randy took care of me like my own dad would! They are so friendly and o got my car with a brand new battery and full change of oil the next day around 11am! So thankful for these guys!
