I had never been there. First time I walked in Mike was soooo nice!! I was worried I needed new brakes and after they checked them out I decided to let them repair them. Mike was extremely thorough explaining that I also had bald tires. They ordered them for me ! They have me a ride home. The next day Mike kept in touch with me and my car was ready at noon. I picked it up and again was overwhelmed with the amazing customer service...such cool guys in there!! Loved the teacher discount too! Thank you Mike!! I will be back.

I called and asked if they could change a battery and do a smog check about an hour and a half before they closed. They asked to bring it over right away which I did. They had to pick up a new battery and beacause my car’s battery is tucked away it took a bit longer but I had my new battery that night! I have to drive it a while for them to do the smog check. I found them to be knowledgeable, very accommodating and friendly staff! Thanks!

I came in for my car to get smog and was offered free snacks and drinks and a 2019 calendar and chatted with the friendliest employees in the history of customer service. I recently left another shop after a long relationship when I was given bad information on a smog check. I found John's Automotive Care nearby and have been very pleased with the results. Both times I have brought my 2001 Montana in, everything was explained and updated clearly and the service was done in a timely manner. I have found my new shop!
