This is the nicest place with the nicest people. They called us back to say they found a cheaper part and were discounting our bill. 9/ 6/2018 Oh my gosh! Again another fantastic incredible experience!!! I wish Dave & everyone at John's Automotive Care ran every company I did business with. I am a very low income senior & can barely afford to drive my car. So TRUSTWORTHY and affordable care is everything to me. Everyone at John's is so friendly, understanding & helpful. It's even very comfortable & so clean. I have a 2012 Corolla with only 15,000 miles. The trunk wouldn't shut. They were very busy but promised to fix it same day. Rides to & from were even available. It required a new lock over $300! Dave said such a low mileage car shouldn't need a new lock. He'd spend some time trying to fix it without changing the lock. He DID!!!FREE!!! Before that happened, Justin even called me & told me the parts company called him & said they over charged $30 for the lock so he lowered the estimate. Such honesty & courtesy is so wonderful especially in today's world. I can't say enough wonderful things about the whole unreal experience. I also love their philanthropy.

Every employee I dealt with was very friendly and helpful, when creating my estimates they even applied a discount for me without me asking. They provided a list of urgent issues (with pictures) upon their inspection so I could see what was wrong with my vehicle. Their prices were entirely reasonable, and I got an oil change, new battery and tires all in the same day. They even shuttled me home free of charge after I dropped my vehicle off. My car feels brand new! Excellent experience, and I will be back soon.

John's automotive care has exceeded all my expectations for a car repair shop hands down! They really took care of me and my husband's car needs the couple of times we've needed them. They are so professional, from the front desk staff (Bryan and Justin) just to name a few. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and welcoming attitude. The turn around time is usually a day or two max (I'm used to other shops taking 4 or 5 days!). Their communication with us regarding the progress was excellent. They emailed a report of what they recommend get done but never tried to push for extra services. I felt like they really kept our pocket in mind and worked around our budget. I have to say that the folks at John's Automotive have got to be the most honest in the business. We had a malfunction in one of our cars because the part they installed was faulty (manufacturing error). They could have easily lied and told me it was something else and I probably would've never have known but it says a LOT about their customer service that they fixed the problem without charging anything. If you are looking for an honest shop that doesn't try to upsell you and works with your budget, John's Automotive is your place. I will recommend to all my friends and have secured a customer with me for all my future car needs.
