Very able, efficient and practical

Hope I did 5 stars this time!

I expected a call back on Monday from Dave with the status of my vehicle so I could return my rental. By 2:00 I finally called the shop and was told Dave had the day off. Also because of the delay in repairing my vehicle he offered to pay up to $33 per day towards my rental fees, that didn’t happen. Since I began bringing my vehicle to your shop I’ve been both pleased and disappointed.

The service is heads and shoulders above experiences I’ve had at other Auto maintenance facilities. I’m so glad I discovered John’s.

They did a fine job!

Everyone at John's is friendly and helpful. They can be trusted to do what's right for your car. This is the one and only auto repair shop where I'll take my vehicles. They don't try to talk you into excessive work and they take their time to make sure every repair is done correctly and meets their stringent requirements. I know I can always count on them to keep my cars running in top shape. And I love their shuttle service.

5 Star rating! Loved the initial overall analysis report that was emailed to me. Super helpful. Bryan called and explained situation and cost. Work was completed in a timely manner and he went over recommendations for future care to make me safe in my car. Thank you! Excellent job!
