Referred to John's Automotive by AAA, I was going in blind. No ad or friend or word of mouth to go on. First impression was "wow not what I expected for any kind of automotive shop." Coffee, tea, water, candy, snack food, granola bars, all free for the customers. Comfortable chairs, a computer/ phone/tablet charging station and excellent customer service. The service was same day. Super nice customer service. They drove my car to the edge of the lot. And we parted ways. This place is the best place ever when the worst happens to your car.
