This place is an honest repair shop! They got me an appointment quickly and were friendly and professional from start to finish! Many auto repair shops are condescending to females and overcharge or try to get us to do things that aren't really necessary, but not this shop. They could have done and charged me for an additional service that I asked about, but instead, they explained how it might actually cause other problems in my vehicle and therefore was not necessary or recommended. I highly recommend John's Automotive Care!!

I brought my Jeep in for a check engine light, and worked with Rick and Dave. They were professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with! They explained what was needed to fix the without making me feel pressured to repair other issues I need to repair in the near future, and took their time to explain how the systems were connected. Overall a trustworthy, very positive, experience! I’ll be back for future auto care.

Thorough, convenient, honest, & informative. John's is probably one of the best mechanics businesses I've ever seen in SD. Customer service is every bit as good as the level of work. I already have a regular long time auto mechanic prior to John's I'll never leave. However, John's has become my goto when necessary. I highly recommend John's Automotive.
