The service is heads and shoulders above experiences I’ve had at other Auto maintenance facilities. I’m so glad I discovered John’s.

They did a fine job!

Everyone at John's is friendly and helpful. They can be trusted to do what's right for your car. This is the one and only auto repair shop where I'll take my vehicles. They don't try to talk you into excessive work and they take their time to make sure every repair is done correctly and meets their stringent requirements. I know I can always count on them to keep my cars running in top shape. And I love their shuttle service.

I never give fives, so this rating is tops on my scale. John’s has serviced our nearly 20-yr old Lexus for the past couple of years. We’ve been 100% satisfied at all times. I’m an exacting engineer, so I appreciate their thorough approach to their work. That comment applies throughout the organization: the front desk staff, the techs, and others I’ve met are all people I’d hire if I were running the shop. I recommend John’s without reservation.

Top of the line service! Supremely friendly, energetic and knowlegable staff! The world would be so much cooler if businesses operated the way these good folks do. Greeted with smiles, left with smiles and some candy! These guys rock! They go the extra mile and put the customer first. Highly recommend!
