First visit and I was referred by my boyfriend. Excellent place! I was very impressed. Great client service from Justin. Services were explained to me and a price estimate was up front before we started. Discounts were accepted and appreciated. The environment was nice with drinks and snacks. Service was very quick and I received a coupon for my next visit and candy. Overall I felt great walking out of there and I didn't feel terrible about getting my car fixed! Definitely coming back. Great Service and very friendly staff. Most of the time I wait for my car repairs to be done so I have had the chance to observe the service advisors interact with their customers. They treat them all as friends and dont push repairs on people that are not needed as some repair shops do.I am also very happy to know that Johns Automotive has recently taken over Harloff Automotive on University Ave. in La Mesa where we have been taking our cars for over 25 years.
