John's gives "luxury" service without the luxury price -- comfortable seating, snacks, courteous staff -- and ride home if it's not too far.

Best customer service I have ever received! I came in for my car to get smog and was offered free snacks and drinks and a 2019 calendar and chatted with the friendliest employees in the history of customer service. I don’t normally leave reviews unless I feel very strongly and this I felt very Strongly about exceptional treatment! Thank you

I recently left another shop after a long relationship when I was given bad information on a smog check. I found John's Automotive Care nearby and have been very pleased with the results. Both times I have brought my 2001 Montana in, everything was explained and updated clearly and the service was done in a timely manner. I have found my new shop!
