My car battery died suddenly and required a jumpstart every time I had to turn the ignition off. I’ve made several calls at different locations but the replacement battery for my car are always out of stock in other auto shops. I found John’s Auto Repair on Yelp, called to check they have the parts, and walked-in. The repair was done very quickly (never happens to me)! The staff are very friendly and helpful, too. Justin advised me to get other inspection done so I can make a better informed decision. Jason found and fixed another issue I didn’t know my car had. There was none of the icky feeling that women often get when you get your car serviced and everyone just tries to upsell you because you don’t know any better. Definitely coming back and will refer a lot of friends here.

We have been coming to John's for over 23 years. These are honestly the best group of individuals you will ever meet. From the first time we took in our car, to the appointment today for a simple smog test, you are made to feel like part of a family. A family of excellence and pride in what they do. Amazing customer service. John's Tire and Auto have been taking care of my Subaru for a few years now. I have always been able to trust and count on then to take care of my car for an honest price. That is hard to come by in the auto industry. Bring your vehicle to John's and you won't have to worry about a thing.

I can’t thank John’s auto repair enough. First time client here in an unexpected overheating situation with my car. Want to give extra special thanks to Justin Snyder who kept me calm and was incredibly sharp and on top of it explaining everything to me and giving me advice. I was a slight bit hysterical at one point and Justin never was anything except polite, professional and incredibly helpful. He even told me I had a Carmax warranty that might help, which I totally didn’t even know. Which I should probably know....and they got my car back to me in a very timely manner. I really appreciated all their help. I will be back!

Thank you John's Automotive Care for fixing my Nissan Rogue. I was very worried and freaking out about what this repair was going to cost me and surprisingly it was not bad at all. Mike was my person of contact and he kept me up to date and even presented a worse case scenario. I was also provided with an "Inspection Result" via email which not only informed me with what was done to my car but also what will be needed in the very near future. Thank you once again!!!
