I have been a loyal customer of John's for over a year. They have exceeded my expectations each and every time. If you are in doubt of going, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. John's starts their 5 star service when they answer the phone. They are trustworthy, clean, honest, reasonably priced and much more. They stand by there work (even though I never needed them to) and do it right the first time. If you need a ride home, Connor is your man, he's a great conservationist and a member of John's team. We can't have 5 stars without mentioning Bill and Justin at the front. What a great team he has. When you try them once, you'll be experiencing what all of us already know. I will be a customer as long as I live in San Diego.

Johns auto shop is the best in the world. They made my truck run very good and this week change the oil. I'm maintain my truck like John's mechanics told me to do . Very grateful have their help and this auto shop is only shop I want too work on my cars. Thanks

The gentlemen I encountered were very friendly. They got my car back to me before the allotted time. The AAA inspection seemed very thorough.

I have yet to experience automotive care with truly caring customer support and transparency in their process. They send a diagnostic report with the issues they find in your car, pictures to match the report, and every detail they can possibly find. They aren't pushy with repairs and they truly care about the customer and getting you back onto the road as quickly as possible. Michael White was one of the representatives that assisted me with my car and I cannot recommend him enough. His caring, honesty, and attention to detail will keep me coming back as a long term customer.
