My experience wasn't very good. I worked with Dave. I took an old Jeep there to be restored. There wasn't any evidence that $2000.00 of work had been done ( this from two experienced mechanics) and there was no offer of an explanation as to how they spent the money I paid upfront. I am very disappointed. Especially worse for a person that is dependent on the shop not to take advantage of ones lack of knowledge. It felt like I was being cheated; however, having others confirm the abuse was conformation. As a first-time customer, I came here for them to perform a AAA Inspection and am extremely impressed with John’s Automotive!! I am super pleased with the pictures of issues they did find, the excellent, full report given and the recommendations, Very much appreciated is the report and explanations as to what is going on and what happens if the fix is not preformed! Excellent Auto Shop! Brought my H-3 Hummer with engine trouble, with the help of Justin my Hummer was diagnosed and repair was rendered. Safety checks was also provided for future maintenance. My Hummer is now running fine. Thank you Justin and to all of the JAC employees.

First time coming here but definitely will be back again with more family cars.
