I am appalled reading the reviews about their customer service. I truly hope that the disrespect and sexism I experienced on that morning was a fluke and will not happen again. From the moment I walked in, Justin treated me as if I was stupid, or irritating, or both. I had an appointment, I was on time, and I explained the situation to him. I am very surprised to see people saying Justin has great customer service skills - he treated me like I was a stupid female, even saying a derogatory comment under his breath to the employee sitting next to him, to which his colleague replied, "Well now, that sounds like you are speaking about all women, I wouldn't say that..." - with me literally sitting right in front of them in the chair. I had clearly explained the issue, repeatedly, and he kept telling me they do not provide bodywork when I kept saying it was not for bodywork, but for an inspection, and we were referred by AAA. But then when my husband showed up five minutes later and said the SAME thing, he smiled, shook my husband's hand, and offered him a free calendar (with beautiful women next to cars, of course). I was appalled. I have never experienced someone treating me so disrespectfully from the moment I walked in. Maybe he had a bad morning, maybe he had a difficult situation in his personal life, I have no idea. But it was clear that he was not happy to serve me. I would have taken our car elsewhere but at that point my husband and I agreed to just get it done. The sad thing is that my husband offered to write this review, because we both know my comments could be dismissed because of my gender. I ended up deciding to write this myself because I feel I need to speak up about my experience and use my voice. I've never needed to write a review like this, and I don't wish to insult. I do not wish to sabotage Justin - it sounds like most of the time he is very respectful - I just wish I could have experienced the same customer service that others have. I truly hope that whatever was the matter with the customer service that day can be dealt with, and that this does not happen again.
