Everyone at John's Automotive works very hard at providing quality service with a smile. They are so busy with repeat customers that it is necessary to leave your car right in the drive sometimes but not to worry...a capable mechanic will find a spot for your vehicle in no time, while you are in the office explaining your vehicle issue. This was our first time using John's. Bill was our contact. I was very happy with the communication, prices and attention to detail. We are dealing with a poorly maintained 2003 Rav 4. Bill gave us good information regarding what items should be taken care of immediately and what could wait, as well as other helpful information regarding the upkeep of the car. I liked the email I received with colored pictures of the part they were talking about. We will be return customers for sure.

We have an '05 Honda Pilot that needed quite a bit on long term maintenance done as well as new brakes. We dropped off our car Friday and got the call this morning (Monday) that it was finished. They are extremely nice and professional. We went to leave and my car was completely dead, apparently my daughter had left an interior light on. Instead of just jumping the car and giving us a charge they replaced our 4yr old battery and apologized profusely for the delay. I would 100% recommend them and we will continue to bring our cars here.
