John's Automotive has been our go-to place for auto care for years. They are very professional and thorough. We receive emails detailing the tests performed, work being planned, and current status. In addition our service representative, Justin, calls with updates and to discuss options. Every employee we've come in contact with has provided equally professional service. John's is also involved in our community, something that helps us all.

At risk of giving away my secret gem of an automotive shop, we LOVE this place. It is everything we ever looked for in a mechanic. They are extremely trustworthy, never pushy, always so nice and friendly. I recently called them about a certain problem I was hearing about on the CRVs because I was nervous mine might have it too. He explained everything and more to me about it and said the Honda is rolling out a recall. He then gave me things to look out for that would signify that I had the issue on my 2018 crv. Any other shop I've been to would one, been short, not spending that time discussing with me over the phone and two would have had me come in so they could "look at it" and charge me for it. Not Johns, they treat you like a family member here, never wanting you to spend more than absolutely necessary. They even let my son pick out a toy from a huge toy box! Snacks, drinks and coffee are available in the waiting area as well. Your walked to your car after its ready and thanked for your business with candy and your receipt :) My husband and I will always come here and fully trust them with our cars. Thank you to everyone at Johns automotive care! We've meet almost everyone in the office and they are all fantastic. You truly take the stress out of car maintenance. My car battery died suddenly and required a jumpstart every time I had to turn the ignition off. I’ve made several calls at different locations but the replacement battery for my car are always out of stock in other auto shops. I found John’s Auto Repair on Yelp, called to check they have the parts, and walked-in. The repair was done very quickly (never happens to me)! The staff are very friendly and helpful, too. Justin advised me to get other inspection done so I can make a better informed decision. Jason found and fixed another issue I didn’t know my car had. There was none of the icky feeling that women often get when you get your car serviced and everyone just tries to upsell you because you don’t know any better. Definitely coming back and will refer a lot of friends here.

We have been coming to John's for over 23 years. These are honestly the best group of individuals you will ever meet. From the first time we took in our car, to the appointment today for a simple smog test, you are made to feel like part of a family. A family of excellence and pride in what they do. Amazing customer service. John's Tire and Auto have been taking care of my Subaru for a few years now. I have always been able to trust and count on then to take care of my car for an honest price. That is hard to come by in the auto industry. Bring your vehicle to John's and you won't have to worry about a thing.

I can’t thank John’s auto repair enough. First time client here in an unexpected overheating situation with my car. Want to give extra special thanks to Justin Snyder who kept me calm and was incredibly sharp and on top of it explaining everything to me and giving me advice. I was a slight bit hysterical at one point and Justin never was anything except polite, professional and incredibly helpful. He even told me I had a Carmax warranty that might help, which I totally didn’t even know. Which I should probably know....and they got my car back to me in a very timely manner. I really appreciated all their help. I will be back!
