I am very happy my friend refer me to John automotive center they have the right equipment and mechanics to do the right job... they also have have friendly workers at least I don’t have to worry anymore with the warrantee they give you in case of anything this is the right place for me and I’m glad is not far from me and did I mention that they take you home while they work on your car and get a free car wash too 😬👍 thank you for a great job 😬 now I can ride in peace ✌🏾 🤣

When I got there I was told my problem would be fixed in 5 hours, an amazingly short time. They got it done in 1 and a half. Justin, Michael, and the gang are top notch at what they do. Will definitely be going back in the future

I just had to say goodbye to the homie, my friend of 7 years, Vincent the 2012 Fiat 500. This wasn't the outcome I wanted but the guys at John's Automotive Care were beyond helpful and understanding of a crappy situation. I originally approved them to do $1700 worth of work on the spark plugs and ignition coils. When that didn't work and it was discovered that the work would actually be a head gasket job and some other stuff to the tune of $5000 my soul left my body and I was pretty devastated. They were very understanding and gave me some time to think about it and also didn't charge me a dime because the original work didn't correct the issue. They also helped my friend and I get shaky old Vincent to the dealership and didn't even make fun of me when I admitted I may or may not have cried about the loss of this car. Anyway, if I ever need work in the future I am definitely going here. They invested a lot of time and effort into my car and didn't even get paid and were always very nice and respectful. I had what I thought was a transmission issue. John's staff did a thorough assessment of my vehicle and identified the real issue and another I was not aware of that would have been a large problem this summer. The repairs came in under the initial estimate. As always I am a very satisfied customer.
