Friendly service but the quality of service was terrible. They strung me along all day and kept making excuses as to why my car wasn't finished on time. Kept trying to up-sell me on everything too. They did a transmission service and when I got checkup with a different mechanic they said the transmission wasn't even done. I would not recommend this place because you're going to have to get the work done again at a different place. The best automobile service center that I know of. Neat and clean; lots of good snacks; very fast service; courteous and helpful people; reasonable price. I drove 15 miles to have my smog test done here.

Great team and fast!

I read about John’s on Yelp and every review was true. Bill was an excellent service advisor. The estimating process is highly professional and transparent. The work was done quickly and first rate with even a shuttle to and from my house. What is best is there was no finding a thousand other things that needed repair over and above the brake job I knew the car needed. In fact, Bill praises the overall condition of my 2012 Escape instead of selling me on everything that was wrong. Price was competitive although you can never put a price tag on quality, honesty and peace of mind. Highly recommended.
