FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'd initially made an appointment for this morning ( May 30th) at 7am for an oil and filter change. I'd also asked about inspecting the brakes and tires. Unfortunately, I had to change last minute (with only 2 days notice). Mike was awesome. He squeezed me in for an appointment today at 1pm. I was incredibly grateful. TOOK THE EXTRA STEP! I walked in a little before my appointment, and Justin took care of me with superb professionalism. When I'd asked about a quote on repairing some plastic portions of my driver side skid plates, he said he'd get his team on it. They did everything I asked and beyond. Why would I bother taking my vehicle to the dealership where they nickel and dime me. Justin was completely transparent and practical with the repairs needed. He did exactly what I was looking for, and none of it broke the bank. THANK YOU! I will continue to bring my vehicle here for ALL my automotive services. It took my '98 Jeep Wrangler for service to get it running smoothly for the summer. I worked with Justin and he was great! He spent a lot of time with me explaining what repairs were needed and why as well as what could wait for the next visit. As always, the staff was very courteous, the work was done in the time frame promised, they made me feel welcome, answered all of my questions, and let me know when in the future any follow-up work will be needed. I trust my car only to John's Auto Care, and won't go anywhere else. They're the best all around!

We cannot thank you enough. In March you replaced the brakes on my daughters car. She could tell that they were not right and we took it back. All of the work was done again with new parts at no cost to us. Thank you for making the car safe and standing by your work. We will never take our cars anywhere else.
