I found John's Automotive at a time when it was very stressful. There was a lot going wrong with my car. I was also worried that someone would take advantage of me if I took it just anywhere. As soon as I entered the lobby at John's I could feel that something was different, better. It was clean it smelled good they were smiling and pleasant. They spoke to their clients as though they'd known them a long time with respect and joy. They gave me a very thorough estimate with pictures and everything helped me make a good decision as to whether I should fix my old car or get a different car. I would recommend John's to anyone especially a woman because they don't make you feel less than.

I've been going to John's automotive for about seven years now. Ever since we moved into the area. The reason we keep going back there is because their staff is extremely friendly they're very polite and they always explain everything in language that I can understand. I'm not a car person I don't know much about what's going on with my vehicle but the people at John's automotive are always very kind and respectful of that. I would definitely recommend taking your car there. their customer service is second to none and they are just the greatest group of people.

John's Automotive Care was stellar as always! The employees are friendly, fun and professional. The waiting area is stocked with snacks and drinks and charging cables. There are stickers and giftbags for kids. The day before my service, I had received a "$50 off any service" coupon for no reason so that covered my work. There was no upsell, just fast friendly service. This place is the best!
