Came in on a Sat and told them what was going on with my brakes. They explained what it might be. Hooked it up with a good rate on a rental car for the day, and fixed the problem the same day and explained what they did before they did it.

I had such a great experience at John's automotive. It was such a thorough, detailed inspection and through that I got to know that I need to change a part urgently. I worked with Justin and he is such a patient, professional and amazing agent to work with. Highly recommend it!

I called johns automotive and talked to Bill. I told him what was the issue with my car, and he told me what could be wrong. The only way to really tell was to bring it in. I tried to do the maintenance myself. After doing the maintenance I still had issues with my car. So I brought it in. After they ran tests on my car and pin pointed what was wrong, Bill emailed me all the results. Before they did anything to my car he asked me to get consent. Going into the store; everyone was really nice. They offered toys to my children. They also have drinks and snacks. I would bring my car back here again.
