I had such a great experience at John's automotive. It was such a thorough, detailed inspection and through that I got to know that I need to change a part urgently. I worked with Justin and he is such a patient, professional and amazing agent to work with. Highly recommend it!

I called johns automotive and talked to Bill. I told him what was the issue with my car, and he told me what could be wrong. The only way to really tell was to bring it in. I tried to do the maintenance myself. After doing the maintenance I still had issues with my car. So I brought it in. After they ran tests on my car and pin pointed what was wrong, Bill emailed me all the results. Before they did anything to my car he asked me to get consent. Going into the store; everyone was really nice. They offered toys to my children. They also have drinks and snacks. I would bring my car back here again.

I was recommended by a friend to take my car to John's Automotive Care. It can be scary to try a new car mechanic and can be especially intimidating as a woman. I have experienced mechanics in the past try to take advantage and not be honest. I did not experience any such treatment at John's Automotive Care. I could tell they really value their customers. They provided honest and professional service! Mike and the other people at the front desk are top notch in customer service! I have been very happy with the work they did on my car. it works great! I ended up recommending my Mother to take her car there. She received the same great care and her car is working great as well. Thank you John's Automotive Care!
