I have been coming to John's auto for 6 years now. When I first saw the shop, I thought the NAPA sign out front meant that they were a parts shop. I walked in and asked if they sold coolant fluid. They said they didn't ... but then immediately said, "but bring the car up and we'll fill it for you." The reason I note this is that I have found that this type of simple kindness and honest desire to help is absolutely representative of the care you will receive at John's auto. They remember who you are, treat you like a person and are the true, rare bread of honest auto mechanics. There is NOTHING that they can not deal with and it is done right. They will tell you when you need something done and also when you don't. Their prices are reasonable, and their customer service is beyond compare. I moved 5 hours north last year. I stillI came to John's for my car care whenever possible despite my move. They are really that good!!!! I send everyone to them - they are absolutely a rare find!
