JAC had a persistent issue with my differential/transfer case. They took the initiative to have the issue looked at, and solved, by a specialist in transmissions. They handled it fairly, even crediting the amount of the initial fix that didn't work. They will work with the customer to solve any issue, big or small.

I have been to different shops over the years only when I was unable to make the auto repairs myself and, I found that there are far too many shops out there that will attempt various cons because, they thought I wouldn't know any better haaaa but John's Automotive is honest. They are above and beyond what I ever expected to find. Top notch service in every way. This was the third repair we’ve had done at John’s and once again it was perfect. Less $$ than expected (or feared) and the customer service is some of the best I’ve ever received— anywhere.

Very courteous service and honest. They are keeping my old car running like new and keeping me off the car lot purchasing! Highly recommend using the JAC Team.

Justin was super helpful. He asked specific questions to figure out what I wanted to get out of my appointment. He was patient and knowledgeable. After my car got checked up, he reviewed what the technicians found and gave me a thorough explanation of everything.

The entire staff were extremely professional, accommodating and self assuring in attending my vehicle service. I was a “wait for vehicle” customer, though they kindly offered me a ride home. My vehicle was ready timely and the diagnostics were reviewed with me with recommendations. I was extremely pleased with everything, I will recommend to all, this company when they are in need of any automotive services!
