Called John's to see if they worked on old vehicles, in my case, a 1968 Scout 800 that needs some TLC after transport from NY. They said they had mechanic who loved the old ones, so I just dropped off today. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and the mechanic, Jim, listened to my experiences and observation and then took me thru a test drive and an inspection on the lift to note a few issues that need to be addressed. It is clear that this is a great garage with knowledgeable people who seem like they enjoy what they do. Ill update this once I get the Scout back, but my first impression is a great one. Thanks guys!

I brought my car over for a whole lot of things. From Engine light on, coil leak, brakes, traction control and other things.. The guys sent me pictures of everything that was wrong with the car and what needed to be done. They got it fixed in 4 days including ordering parts. I am very happy with the team, service and the price. I trust them with my car and wouldn't go anywhere.

I was afraid of taking my Jeep outside of my dealership. Excellent service with great prices. The best thing is that my Jeep does not have to sit for days until is repaired/Serviced. I drive to Palmdale every weekend, so maintenance is top priority for me and this place understand the customer needs. Very recommend. Thank you

9/6/2018 Oh my gosh! Again another fantastic incredible experience!!! I wish Dave & everyone at John's Automotive Care ran every company I did business with. I am a very low income senior & can barely afford to drive my car. So TRUSTWORTHY and affordable care is everything to me. Everyone at John's is so friendly, understanding & helpful. It's even very comfortable & so clean. I have a 2012 Corolla with only 15,000 miles. The trunk wouldn't shut. They were very busy but promised to fix it same day. Rides to & from were even available. It required a new lock over $300! Dave said such a low mileage car shouldn't need a new lock. He'd spend some time trying to fix it without changing the lock. He DID!!!FREE!!! Before that happened, Justin even called me & told me the parts company called him & said they over charged $30 for the lock so he lowered the estimate. Such honesty & courtesy is so wonderful especially in today's world. I can't say enough wonderful things about the whole unreal experience. I also love their philanthropy.

Wow. Just, wow! The people here are ON IT! They make you feel comfortable first thing coming through the door. The issue with our car was handled within the same day on a friday, which we thought the car would be spending the night since it wasn't starting. Justin helped us out. He and all the staff were friendly, didn't feel haggled once while being there, they're honest and upfront about their work. They let you know what NEEDS to be done, as well as things that could hold off for a bit so you're not spending money on stuff that may not be necessary at the time. Never have we came to a shop where they offered snacks and drinks, weren't making you pay for unnecessary services, even gave my partner and I a shuttle ride home after being told it'll be a while!! This will definitely be our new auto home!!
