John's auto repair left me with a great experience. I called their shop stranded on the side of the road and they gave me the number to a great towing company that didn't over charge me for the short ride to their shop. Once I arrived, the staff was super friendly and offered me water and refreshments. They even had a dog bowel and offered to fill it up for me to help with my puppy. The staff performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle and after locating the issue was able to fix my car and have it back to me the next day. Overall i thought the staff was great, knowledgeable and very friendly. Mike did a great job keeping me updated on the status of my car and explained everything thoroughly to me! The whole team was very helpful and professional. After I got my car back, my check engine light did come back on, but brought it back and again Mike took care of my car, no problem. Definitely will recommend to family/friends!
