Recent first time auto service. FIRST impression experience was a definite WOW! Easy access to shop and clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff...TRUE customer service. Service was fast and price was competitive. Justin was AMAZING!!! He did not leave out anything to question from start to finish...seriously! Justin was very detailed, explained everything and follow-up to make sure there were no questions or concerns and for that...I will definitely be coming back and also recommending to others. Even though my appt was for a free AAA check up, I was so impressed with Justin's manners. I felt well taken care of while I waited. Every other service person who entered the office was in good spirits and helpful. Customers who came in while I waited were also treated like family. The report on my car was thorough and nice to have. I will return!!!
