They were helpful in trying to fix my car so that it was ready to pass smog. Everyone was very cordial and I would recommend them to anyone.

The whole team was courteous, professional, and accommodating - from the office staff, shuttle drivers, to the service team. The prices were competitive & fair. This was my third (?) visit and I am completely clear that I will have all my auto work done here. I am so happy to have finally found a place I trust to take care of my car. The customer service and the work itself is always professional and fair. They go all out to make sure the customers are treated well, from drinks and snacks in the waiting area, wifi, transportation nearby if able and even toys for kids who might be waiting with a parent. And I have a confession. The day after my last service (much work needed to be done) I made a HUGE mistake and blamed John's for not taking care of my car battery; it had acted up in the past and it seemed to be completely dead. They sent Frank to my house to correct the error but there was no error--it was MY fault for not pressing on the clutch hard enough and I felt stupid and embarrassed for making a fuss and putting them out. I cannot say enough for how graceful and professional Frank was--he didn't chide me or in any way add to my embarrassment over my behavior. I still feel badly but it was my own doing. And I am so appreciative of their work and their professionalism. I cannot say enough good about John's.
