I was thrilled with my experience. I got the rundown of what was wrong with my car and they sent me an email that covered every single item including pictures and videos. It wasn’t just someone telling me how much I needed to pay, it was an itemized list with pictures verifying the problem. They assessed my problem on Wednesday afternoon and had everything fixed by Thursday afternoon! Mike was so helpful throughout everything. He walked me through everything and was very patient and helpful. 10/10 I will be going back to this shop if I have another problem.

I had heard a "woo-woo" sound for a couple of weeks. Took it into John's and got a diagnosis that the axel and ball bearings needed replacement. Got it back sooner than I expected and (Whoo-Hoo!) the sound is totally gone. I'm not afraid to drive my car around anymore! Thanks!

Been here several times, always great service and car is fixed quickly. They have a shuttle service that is very helpful.

I went here for a tire repair because of the reviews this place had, and they totally lived up to the reputation! So nice and friendly and helpful! It was minimal wait time and they explained the process to me. I will definitely be coming back in the future! And I would 100% recommend them to everyone!!!!!

Justin and mike were great! Justin checked me in and gave me a very reasonable quote with great customer service. Mike was very helpful and informative when he called and gave me the bad news about my car. I've been coming to this shop for years and every time is a great experience.

Brian and the crew are AMAZING. My car started breaking down on my way home from downtown and I quickly looked up the nearest mechanic. I am very thankful this was the shop I ended up at because they took care of me like I was FAMILY. They were nice to my son and were very calm in their dealings. They are an honest and trusted group which can be rare to come by in the mechanic industry. THANK YOU BRIAN
