John's Auto is amazing. They're very nice, understanding, and quick to lend a helping hand. I have been going to them for all of my car needs for the last year and a half, and I will never go to another place in San Diego. Their kindness and respectfulness reminds me of the mechanics back home in NC. They do not overcharge, they are very insightful, and they do not take advantage of the fact you don't know much about cars. Being a woman and not knowing much about mechanics, and being far away from my father, and my husband who is out at sea, they are quick to help educate me and show me various avenues I can take for repairs. They also do an inspection with an oil change, which eases my anxiety as I can forward it to my father in NC, and see any urgent or future repairs needed for my car. They offer a free shuttle service when you drop off your car and when it is time to pick it up, which is amazing. My car is always in perfect condition when I receive back, which I appreciate. I have never had one thing go wrong with them. Thank you to all the men at John's who have helped me. This is the only place in San Diego I will miss when we PCS.
