Elite '2020 Elite '2020 I just left this place and couldn't be happier. The auto technicians are on the ball. They know their stuff, keep up with the ever changing technology by taking classes in the evenings to stay current. The front office staff are more than helpful. I had burnt bulbs inside my car. It was fixed in less than 5 minutes and the only charge was a smile and a very grateful customer who will be back. Had I gone to the Honda dealer, I'm sure they would have charged me at least $100. just to tell me it's the bulbs. I think John's Automotive just found themselves a very loyal customer. Am I crazy, but I can't wait to come back. Now how often can someone say that when they go to get their car fixed???
