Answered my call right away, scheduled me for next day and didn't upsell or add on. They even drove me home and picked me back up. Plus they take care of military member with a discount. They are my new go-to mechanic.

They are "A OK!" I have been really hesitant trusting people with my car and money. Until I broke down on the fwy and didn't really have a choice. John's Automotive Care changed that, the trust part... They called and emailed me every step of the way...with pictures (of MY car) and a detailed explanation of EXACTLY what the problem was, and the solution. And it was a comprehensive list in order From REQUIRED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION, To not so important...and didn't try to "get me" for anything more than what the initial diagnosis was. I felt at ease pretty much through the whole process. On top of that...my car runs great!!! ... was a radiator problem, but it's all better now... And with the awesome warranty I feel even better, although I suspect I won't be needing it. Knowledgeable and capable mechanics.

My experience at John's Automotive Care in Grantville was impressively efficient with excellent hospitality. The employee that helped me, Justin Snyder, and his team were quick to diagnose and repair my rear tail light and was gracious enough to do it for free. I very much so appreciated such great service and will be returning here when my vehicle is in need of further repairs!

Very professional staff. Treat their customers with respect. Just replaced some front lights on my Taurus gratis. Justin, in particular, is top notch.

Super friendly from start to finish....I was not put on hold, not asked to hang on, , , they gave me AND my car thier full attention. ... I wasn't told that they saw a dozen other things that NEEDED fixing right away. They did a thorough inspection...and I know because they emailed me several times with photos as they were doing it. FANTASTIC!!!

This was my third (?) visit and I am completely clear that I will have all my auto work done here. I am so happy to have finally found a place I trust to take care of my car. The customer service and the work itself is always professional and fair. They go all out to make sure the customers are treated well, from drinks and snacks in the waiting area, wifi, transportation nearby if able and even toys for kids who might be waiting with a parent. The day after my last service (much work needed to be done) I made a HUGE mistake and blamed John's for not taking care of an issue I felt needed work and they had said was fine (they were right). It turned out it was MY fault for not pressing on the clutch hard enough. No one chided me or in any way added to my embarrassment over my behavior. I still feel badly but it was my own doing.
