My previous review with John's Automotive was quickly addressed by a very cordial manager who took my experience seriously. We had a pleasant and thorough conversation which I left feeling confident that this is a very reliable place to take my car for a second appointment. I think this type of response says alot about how well John's Automotive is managed. I will be back to have my car serviced here again.

My experience here was subpar, a typical pil change experience for me would involve dropping off my car, picking it up an hour later, and having it cost $80. My experience here differed from thos norm. When I dropped off my car at 1 pm I was told it would be ready "at the end of the day" by the front desk guy. 5 pm rolls around and I have heard nothing from the shop, I call them and they tell me it's ready, I guess I was expecting a courtesy call since I wasn't given a time to pick it up. When I arrive the same front desk guy seems surprised I am there and proceeds to take another 5 minutes to figure out what's happening with my vehicle. He then states "well you are gonna have to get your tires replaced", to which I reply "I don't want any extras, I just want to pay for my oil change". He's been kind of abrasive the whole time and with this reply by me he kinda goes off, "THIS IS JUST A FREE DIAGNOSTIC WE DO". The oil change cost me $97, he walks me out to my car and removes the steering wheel cover strategically left on so they can make a show of it when they walk you out. Overall I feel like I overpaid for my oil change by about $20 and experienced bad customer service. I won't come back.

I recently got a late model used car. When my new to me vehicle was ready for it's first service, I went to John's. I really liked the experience and feel like they were the right choice to keep my car running in tip top shape for as long as I have it.

Scheduled appointment for 9am and dropped off car at 8:45am. No communication for 8 hours on a simple A/C service. Called and asked what the status is, and they said they don’t know. I expected they wasted the whole day doing zero service. Picked up the car with no change to the problem i originally described. This shop is definitely not very good at simple diagnosis. $215 wasted. beware!

Very professional shop with thorough diagnostic! They even took photos and videos presented in a professional inspection result package that I printed out. Although I only had an inspection done, my options for service were explained in detail and the price seemed fair.

I visited Johns Automotive Care for the first time today. After my wife and daughter ran over something on the 125 my vehicle was making noises. It's a newer electric car and I feared the worst. The team at John's had my car up on a lift and a valuated within 30 minutes. I did call ahead and spoke with Joseph. They took photographs and shared with me what occurred. In under an hour, my vehicle was repaired, and my peace of mind was restored. The team is fantastic, and I look forward to working with them in the future. I have been working with car dealers to do maintenance and repair on my car and it's generally excruciating. This was the opposite experience.

John's is always top notch and HONEST. I used to take my old Camry there. I used to never take luxury cars anywhere but the dealership, but now I've been taking my 5 year old Audi to John's. I even saw John, the owner, working hard and doing quality control back and forth from the front desk to the service bays!
