My experience here was subpar, a typical pil change experience for me would involve dropping off my car, picking it up an hour later, and having it cost $80. My experience here differed from thos norm. When I dropped off my car at 1 pm I was told it would be ready "at the end of the day" by the front desk guy. 5 pm rolls around and I have heard nothing from the shop, I call them and they tell me it's ready, I guess I was expecting a courtesy call since I wasn't given a time to pick it up. When I arrive the same front desk guy seems surprised I am there and proceeds to take another 5 minutes to figure out what's happening with my vehicle. He then states "well you are gonna have to get your tires replaced", to which I reply "I don't want any extras, I just want to pay for my oil change". He's been kind of abrasive the whole time and with this reply by me he kinda goes off, "THIS IS JUST A FREE DIAGNOSTIC WE DO". The oil change cost me $97, he walks me out to my car and removes the steering wheel cover strategically left on so they can make a show of it when they walk you out. Overall I feel like I overpaid for my oil change by about $20 and experienced bad customer service. I won't come back.
