Justin at John's San Diego location was very helpful in writing up my work order and kept me updated as the work was completed. Jeff gave me a ride home when I decided to have additional maintenance which is a great convenience. The customer lounge is comfortable with complimentary coffee, cold drinks and bottled water. I have had my cars serviced for years at the San Diego location and now there is a La Mesa shop when that is more convenient and you get the same top service and long guarantees on your work.

$20.00 for gas. that did not happen. emission related repairs. What dose that mean? Smog test certificate; I got none. 206.77 to test emission system? computer self test reset charge; 55.95, really? Serpentine belt not to be replaced. I think I got hosed Michael Peariso
