Great bunch of guys and excellent customer service!!! Just a simple oil change but they did a whole lot more! Clean office and customer area plus it was done quickly and professionally! Will definitely be back in five years for my next oil change :)

Very caring staff and quick service. I didn't have an appointment, but i was told to come in anyway. I felt so comfortable taking to the staff and asking questions. Also very good at returning calls. 100% coming back.

Summary: John's Automotive Care saved my Thanksgiving plans (especially Dawn and the technicians)!! I went to John's Automotive Care after a horrible experience with another auto repair company, and they were wonderful! Not only did they fit me in on short notice, but when I mentioned in passing that I was hoping to leave for the Thanksgiving holiday to be with my family, they worked SO HARD to expedite my car so that it was ready first thing in the morning! Absolutely incredible, and Dawn in particular was so helpful with getting the car fixed quickly and with working with my CarMax warranty! I cannot thank you all at John's Automotive Care enough! Earned my loyalty!!
