I had heard a "woo-woo" sound for a couple of weeks. Took it into John's and got a diagnosis that the axel and ball bearings needed replacement. Got it back sooner than I expected and (Whoo-Hoo!) the sound is totally gone. I'm not afraid to drive my car around anymore! Thanks!

Was looking for this kind of automotive repair center, customer service was extraordinary right from the start. Very thorough examination of my older Subaru Forester. They found my leaky valve cover gasket which I knew about. Did an inspection from front to rear checking everything. I was confident with my car when I drove away, that is the best feeling.

If you are still going to the dealer for all your service needs, stop and go to John's. I have always been skeptical of taking my 2014 Honda Civic to an auto shop vice the Honda dealer, but after realizing how much I'm overpaying, I decided to give John's a shot, and I couldn't be happier. Saved a ton of money and still got high quality service, and they made sure my car was ready for an upcoming cross country road trip. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend 🤙
