I’ve been here 2x, both were probably the best experiences I’ve had at a mechanic shop. The front desk is helpful and informative. The crew in the back is honest and does quality work. I especially liked how they took pictures and showed me what needed to be changed and then explained why. For as long as I live in San Diego, this will be where I get my automotive care

Justin was awesome and explained everything. My service was completed promptly and at half the cost the dealer quoted. I couldn’t be happier.

John’s Automotive Care has done an excellent job with my car both times I’ve gone recently. Their employees are very nice and their service is great. Justin Snyder provides superb customer service and explains everything in detail. JAC has been trustworthy and transparent so I appreciate that very much.

Starter in wife's vehicle failed. Was able to tow vehicle to John's on a Monday morning. The crew was able to replace the starter by mid afternoon the same day. Vehicle starts and should for a long time. Wife happy again. Also used the AAA discount to save 10% on the cost of the work. John's is my Go To shop for my auto maintenance and repair needs.

Great service, honest hard working team.

Everyone was courteous and professional. All my questions were thoroughly answered. At the end, the inspection results were explained with color photos. I will be bringing my truck back for repairs and maintenance.

I was thrilled with my experience. I got the rundown of what was wrong with my car and they sent me an email that covered every single item including pictures and videos. It wasn’t just someone telling me how much I needed to pay, it was an itemized list with pictures verifying the problem. They assessed my problem on Wednesday afternoon and had everything fixed by Thursday afternoon! Mike was so helpful throughout everything. He walked me through everything and was very patient and helpful. 10/10 I will be going back to this shop if I have another problem.
