Summary: John's Automotive Care saved my Thanksgiving plans (especially Dawn and the technicians)!! I went to John's Automotive Care after a horrible experience with another auto repair company, and they were wonderful! Not only did they fit me in on short notice, but when I mentioned in passing that I was hoping to leave for the Thanksgiving holiday to be with my family, they worked SO HARD to expedite my car so that it was ready first thing in the morning! Absolutely incredible, and Dawn in particular was so helpful with getting the car fixed quickly and with working with my CarMax warranty! I cannot thank you all at John's Automotive Care enough! I really enjoyed the costumer service, the answered every questions i had!! Worked fast as well! I would definitely go back, they had a toy for my son and treats!! Called me and let me now the updates on my car and gave me a telant show of parts removed in the car!
