I needed a Smog Cert for my 1996 car. I worked with Justin who was very helpful and professional. It was determined that I had a sensor problem and that I couldn't pass without repair. The repair was made and I am very happy with both the workmanship and Justin's help. It all went smoothly. Thank you John's Automotive!

Outstanding service! My advisor, Erika, was awesome. Communication was great. I was surprised when I recieved a text message with a link showing me a breakdown of all the services they provided (all the items that were good, the items that needed to eventually be replaced based on mileage, and the items that needed immediate care). It even included pics of my car and the code that set off the check engine light. Luckily it wasn't major and they took care of it quickly. I'm very impressed with the whole experience and will definitely bring my cars in for future service.

Very impressed. Advisor Dawn is knowledgeable, personable and helpful. I'm from OR, visiting SD. My parked car was sideswiped by a hit-and-run driver damaging strut assembly, tie rods and alignment. It was Friday and I'm leaving on Monday to return to OR. Not all mechanics are open on Saturday. John's got me in, e-mailed me an impressive complete assessment of my entire vehicle along with the new damage, needed repairs, and estimate, complete with pictures. They were able to repair the damage in a timely manner so that I could safely drive home on Monday. I highly recommend John's Automotive Care and have already touted their excellent service to my friend's and family in SD.

Picked up my Yukon today Always happy with the service. On top of that they wiped down The inside of my Yukon and disinfected anything they gave Me.. the mechanics have always Been top notch.. Thanks you all
