Everyone was polite sincere helpful and went out of their way to make an impossible task look so easy. They're on the phone trying to coordinate with other people so that I didn't have to worry about my daughter's car being taken care of while I was in a different County. Everything got done over the phone I'm through the text links. I learned a lot about Electronics I didn't know about either during this episode. They were so kind I almost forgot I was speaking to a business instead of... well I guess it doesn't matter because I still felt like I was speaking with family. Like they genuinely cared about solving my problem. I started off with Brian and add another business Giovanna and then the torch was passed over to Justin and Erica who crossed me through the finish line. If there's anyone out there that doesn't know what a locking lug nut is you are blessed. But if you get stuck this is a good place to go. They were able to change them out for me and they did a lot of work on my vehicle and my daughter is now in a safe vehicle to continue on her journey. Wonderful experience with the friendliest staff!!! I popped in for a last minute smog check, on a Saturday, and was out in less than 30 minutes. They were extremely busy that day, and we're still able to accommodate me, which I'm so appreciative of. I'll definitely be back for any other services I need.
