They were super accommodating and handled my transmission issue right away. They did a great job. Brian and Dawn up front were very helpful and knowledgeable and kept me informed.

I've been handicapped for a couple years now, so it's a little bit difficult for me to get into tight spots replace simple things like fuses. I pulled up to John's Auto Repair at 4:30 p.m. has the staff was completely friendly and told me that they would take a look that my van see what they could do. They opened up the fuse panel replace the fuse with another one and brought me back my keys and said it's fixed. No charge. My wife and I have regularly brought our vehicles to John's Automotive in the past and we will continue bringing our cars to John's Automotive in the future. Great job guys... Excellent service and advice!

Justin at John's San Diego location was very helpful in writing up my work order and kept me updated as the work was completed. Jeff gave me a ride home when I decided to have additional maintenance which is a great convenience. The customer lounge is comfortable with complimentary coffee, cold drinks and bottled water. I have had my cars serviced for years at the San Diego location and now there is a La Mesa shop when that is more convenient and you get the same top service and long guarantees on your work.
