Everyone there that I encountered was super friendly and helpful. I could tell from the get-go they weren't going to try to overcharge me because I was a female. I have been to shops before that have felt that way. I love the fact that they gave me a ride home the day I dropped off the car. And what I loved the most was after they inspected the vehicle they will send over a very detailed inspection report with notes, pictures and videos. Lastly, they were honest and recommended a different shop for a different problem on the car which they felt, they were better suited to take care of.

Was able to get a quick appointment for an alignment. The work was done on time and at a reasonable cost. I take all my vehicles to JOHNS because they do a superior job.

To much money $1,000 for a 1" plastic "T" installed. For real that is to much, nice people nice service just ridiculous pricing will not return.

They didn’t extensive inspection of my Honda and provided me with suggestions and photographs for any work that needed to be done.
