After almost being robbed at a toyota dealership, I decided to take my car here for the second time. Not only did they find a leak that Toyota never found, I got charged half of what I would have for the repairs the dealership wanted me to get from them!! These people are very honest, don't haggle you to get stuff you don't need, and the shuttle service?! We will definitely be coming back as our car is an on going repair!!!

From the very first phone call to driving off the lot with my car repaired, John's Auto gave exceptional service, especially through our main contact, James. My husband and I have been without a car repair place since ours closed and that has now changed. John's Auto will become our go-to car repair shop. All communications about the work were timely and we felt that we were the only ones that mattered, difficult to achieve being a busy business.

I feel very confident driving with John's service the past 9 years. The mechanic , office staff and taxi service are efficient and courteous . Highly recommended to me by a friend and I will do the same.

Dawn was great. Everyone is super nice. Easy to make an appointment the car was done quickly. And the best part they charged me below the estimate. All around incredible experience.

They were very kind and sweet from the start. The first thing they did was to do a general inspection in my vehicle to verify my concern. They kept giving updates as they were working on my vehicle and they worked fast. Even though it was a transmission issue and it took about 3 weeks, I know other places would've taken longer. All the staff was friendly and patient.

I bought in my 2000 Jaguar to them, they were superb. A fabulous staff and mechanics. Courteous, efficient, don't over charge. Great for both domestic and foreign cars - highly recommended!
