They were very kind and sweet from the start. The first thing they did was to do a general inspection in my vehicle to verify my concern. They kept giving updates as they were working on my vehicle and they worked fast. Even though it was a transmission issue and it took about 3 weeks, I know other places would've taken longer. All the staff was friendly and patient.
