This was my first time at Johns Automotive and I'm so impressed with their hospitality along with the work done on my truck. I never questioned how much I was being charged because I knew what the mechanic had to do. Neil also gave me a great discount and was so impressed with the total when I picked it up. My wife had mentioned their place to me several times because she had dropped off several clients she drove for and they all said 10/10 in all the services they received starting with greeting you at the door, you feel like part of their family, and they all had been going there for many years. My truck feels and runs like it's brand new again and I'm grateful we found a honest place to take our vehicles to from this time forward. My wife plans to hand his cards out only because she knows how it feels to be taken advantage of just being s woman bringing.a car in and having to pay for services that weren't provided or didn't need to be done. Ladies feel free to bring your car to John's Automotive you will not be disappointed at all I promise you that much. Their is still a few great places that are honest all the way. 5 star service! Arron and the crew helped me identify and fix an oil leak in my car. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and informative. Unlike other garages, their crew seems genuinely happy to help you. They were honest about diagnostics and cost, and gave me multiple options when it came to timelines and costs. They also send an email with pictures of all the issues they identify. I'm not very car-savvy, but the email helps you understand what the problem is, why it's a problem, and the recommended fix. It also prioritizes which problems are urgent. Overall A+. They've earned a loyal customer. I highly recommend John's Automotive.

I went for a general inspection of an Audi A4 before buying it, and it was the best service I’ve ever received. Special mention to Arron for being a great professional and a wonderful person—he answered all my questions and was a huge help.
