Always the best service! I brought in my car for an oil change and inspection, and I'm glad I did. My brakes had just started to act up, and Robert and his crew sent me some good pictures of a terrifying set of brakes. Was I expecting it? No. Did they take good care of me, give me an excellent price, and even a ride home? Absolutely. I've been going to John's for more than 20 years because they're the best.

I appreciate the gentleman that work at the front desk, Getting me scheduled, looking into my warranties, and explaining what’s going on with my car in layman's terms. I also appreciate the shuttle service they offer!. Great prices, compared to taking my car to the dealership. We have taken both of our cars to John’s automotive and trust them!

I have been with John's for many years. My 2006 Hilander has not been serviced by anyone else. Never has a problem with the quality of the repairs Especially happy that I was never directed to further service that wasn't absolutely required. Sometimes I accepted their recommendations and sometimes I deferred. Nothing was ever forced. Staff is always helpful.

Had a great experience getting my oil change here! The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. They got me in and out quickly and made the whole process super easy. Its so refreshing to go somewhere where people are genuinely nice and care about their work. Highly recommend will definitely be coming back!

I recently took my truck to Johns auto repair because it was making a noise and the check engine light was on. I needed the truck for a trip and didnt have much time. All the auto dealerships and other shops wanted to keep the truck for several days and gave me indications it would cost a lot of money to fix. Johns auto repair were very courteous, professional and efficient. They diagnosed the problem, , obtained the necessary parts and fixed everything in just a few hours at a very reasonable cost. I will never take my mechanic business anywhere else. I strongly recommend this shop for their honesty, professionalism and friendly staff.
