Told me straight up what was wrong and if I should actually get it fixed or just buy a new car and that is the tell of a great mechanic, they’re not just in it for the money they care about their customers! The problem involved the fuel‑air mixture, so it could have stemmed from several technical factors. He then referred the vehicle to Rick, who immediately took action. Rick performed a thorough series of diagnostics and pinpointed the exact issue. I appreciated the clear feedback he provided, along with additional recommended maintenance to keep the engine performing at its best. He also identified a few potential concerns that could affect future performance, which I found both helpful and professional. Their honesty, expertise, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in their work. I highly recommend this business for anyone looking for knowledgeable and trustworthy automotive service.

John’s automotive repair is a great spot. I have an old jeep that I’m very particular about when bringing it to a mechanic shop. Trust me when I say the reviews are legit it’s the reason I brought my car to them in the first place. The guys up front are very nice (Dave is who I spoke to, he's really cool). Once they’ve finished the inspection they’ll send you an email with pictures of your car and the problems that they’ve found. Then they’ll give you a call to explain all of it. Being a girl I was really worried about getting played and being upsold on things that weren’t necessary to the safety of the car and none of that happened. Even when I got the quote I had my boyfriend call just to make sure (he knows A-LOT about cars) and he agreed everything that we spoke about needed to happen. I will be bringing my car here in the future. These guys are honest and reliable 😎

After having brought my Prius to John's for many years, I was ready to purchase a small SUV. One day, I stopped by to speak to one of your great service writers to discuss a possible replacement car. The Honda HRV was one of the recommendations, and after my investigation, I purchased the HRV. Now that the HRV is out of warranty, I have come back to John's with gratitude. This service is my first and I have received a beyond excellent experience, from the various telephone calls, the compliemnetary to and from shuttle service, to closing the visit when picking up my "improved car". I feel like I have come home! Thank you.
