I’ll never take my car anywhere else again! John’s is reliable, honest, and friendly. As a woman with limited car knowledge, bringing my car somewhere can be a little intimidating but I’ve never felt uncomfortable at John’s. They explain everything, give reasonable recommendations, and keep me updated if anything changes. They even took some off the final price when they needed less transmission fluid than initially estimated. This is an example of how honest they are. I love John’s!

On my way south from north county the "check oil level" illuminated. My google maps gratefully highlighted John's Automotive Care. I called to see if they could help. I walked in (without an appointment). The office staff was friendly and courteous. Aaron took care of me and my car right away!! He was kind, efficient and reassuring. Thank you Aaron. To anyone reading this review, I highly recommend John's Automotive Repair. They're absolutely THE BEST!

Everything met or exceeded expectations

We brought are car in on Wednesday at 7:30 am for an "engine light" problem. A couple hours later, our service rep Aaron gave me a brief but thorough description having seen similar issues on other vehicles like ours and thought they could have it finished same day. We picked up the car at 4:00 pm having all work completed and the car running great. Not only was his diagnosis perfect, the amount due was accurate to the penny on the original estimate. Johns Automotive was extremely helpful to me over these past few days. My car broke down on the freeway and I had to have it towed somewhere so I chose Johns because it was close to my house and Ive heard very good things about it. I couldnt have been more pleased. They were very timely and gave me excellent information that I needed to decide how to proceed with my car. They never made me feel like they were in a hurry and didnt have time to talk to me and their explanations were extremely clear. I couldnt have been happier with their service!

They worked with me. I want to give them so much credit for helping me out in the tough situation I was in. I thank Dave and Neil and I was fortunate enough to get in and out with quality work and service for an amazing price. Amazing company I recommend 10/10! Dave knows all about the mechanics of almost any car give him a call!!!

Johns Automotive is the best! Their service technicians are well qualified and provide an extremely detailed, photographic account of all maintenance and service issues.

Responsive in getting back to making appointment and reminders. Shuttle driver Cassidy was very personable. Rick was my crew manager. Things went well but was disappointed that I had to call myself after over three hours from drop off time to get an update on what the car needed. I told Rick I needed to know if I needed to leave my car overnight because I had a therapy appointment the next day. Rick did call me in time for me to call my pt therapist. I went with the quick fix of Freon instead of a $3200 total repair job. I did appreciate the photos of my car, the recommendations for future repairs. That was very helpful and informative. I will be using John’s in the future.
