John’s Auto is great! I have brought my car here a few times and it is the only place I go to now. I love they send me pictures of the issue and explain completely what they are doing. Extremely honest! I brought the car in once before and I had a small problem which I thought was big and they did the small fix at no charge. Do your self a favor and go to John’s

My first time visiting John's was a pleasant one. My driver side window motor decided it wouldn't work on a random Friday, and my soonest appointment with my dealership was the 19th. I was about to get my car dropped off that same day to John's on the 7th, and picked it up the 11th. Window works great and price was very reasonable.

Super friendly and took great care of me. I had very limited availability and they were very accommodating/understanding and were able to squeeze me in! They were straight forward with me about pricing and got me in and out within 40 minutes!

Second time taking my car to Johns and had another great experience. The staff are friendly, work quickly and I like the report they issues with the videos and pictures so you can see what you are paying for.

Overall my experience was good at John’s automotive. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, they offered refreshments, and a ride home. When I picked my car up I loved that everything was wrapped in plastic to avoid my interior getting dirty. I would have given 5 stars except the amount of time they had my car for a wheel alignment was quite long. My appointment was for 9am on a Monday and they didn’t start on my car until the next day. That was a bit frustrating. But the other things make up for it and I would take my car back there on the future.
