I had a great experience at Johns. Ereka was extremely helpful to me on the phone and she was able to help me figure out my tire size to have the tires ready for me to get serviced during my lunch break. I really appreciate the help and they were even able to give me a discount for being a essential healthcare provider.

John’s automotive does it differently. They give you a thorough report on all of your car’s issues and they communicate everything well. They don’t try to sell you unnecessary repairs. The staff is friendly and car repairs are done fairly quick.

I love the shop. Only been here a couple times. Thank you to my bud Ben for helping me out with pressing the ball joints in the knuckles. And thanks to the team for the alignment and a little inspection confirming my insight on what to do next with the car. Great service as always! Dawn and Brian (with an I) definitely have their customer’s best interests in mind. Thanks for the help and diagnosis on my Chevy Tahoe, and for the personal referral to Chevy to hopefully cover the issue under warranty even though I’m out by a couple months. I won’t hesitate to bring my vehicles back!
