I have an Audi which had some crazy electric issues and it was throwing a lot of codes on the OBD reader and this other mechanic shop couldn't figure out the problem, my car just wouldn't run for nothing. I took it to John's automotive care and Erika, James and Don (the front desk people) took really good care of me, they were so nice to me, they even let me leave my car there until I got paid to get the car fixed. I don't usually trust mechanics but they explained to me really well what was going on, and the mechanic Tony is a really smart and experienced mechanic too, (he also came to the front to explain me better what was going on) I definitely trust that guy to work on my car now since he fixed all the problems that he already knew what it was since the day one. Now I trust John's automotive care, and those front desk people are definitely really good with communication and customer service, they are gonna work with you and do whatever they can to get ur car back on the road and a satisfied customer. This is my new go to mechanic shop, and would definitely recommend it to friends. I was pleasantly surprised with all the caution you have taken regarding the virus. Excellent job. I was in and out in record time and really appreciated the cleaning of everything. Best virus precautions I have seen.

I meant to do this a little while back.. I recently posted a 1 star review here. I am really pleased to say that I have been turned into a customer here now. I had some discussions with a few of the people here and they handled their customer service better than I expected. My earlier review posted that my battery was dead after getting it back, which is true, but they offered me a discounted rate for a battery and coupons as well. I also had issues with my brakes and they were helpful in solving my problem and understanding that not everything is about money. Erika is a really sweet and kind person and her customer service is amazing. Brian is also a really helpful and understanding person as well. I think the biggest compliment I could say is that we didn't see eye to eye on things at first and many people took the time to hear me out and understand my concerns and I truly appreciate that. Thank you Okay so first off let me start off by saying it was my first time going to this place. The first girl I spoke to in the office was really sweet and kind I can in because my brakes were not functioning properly and for an oil change and wind shield wipers. I was called and told my battery needed replacing as well as my power steering an extra $700 expense on top of the 500 I was already spending. I declined to do those two items, but did the rest. My battery was a year old and never had trouble turning over not even once. Get the car back my brakes are working good, but suddenly the second time I got to turn over my car.... dead. Battery went from operating perfectly to completely dead. In one da... called back and explained my concern and someone I believe named Donna said she would ask the Mananger. Got back to me and was told an extra 150$ or so. I was shocked... felt like it's so hard to trust a mechanic and these guys wanted to charge me again after I JUST spent 500 dollars and had nothing wrong with my 1 year old battery and all of the sudden dead... Customer service was great upon meeting, but left me feeling like I shouldn't trust these guys. I just spent 500$ and had to return to do power steering yet they couldn't see how my sudden battery dying was an issue. I live right down the street and because of this lost a lifetime customer.
