They were pleasant out of the gate. Transparent throughout the process. I liked the email and text follow up from diagnostic. Highly recommend them for any repair work!

I have used John's automotive twice now and they are awesome. I got a oil change and break work and some other things fixed that I didn't even know were needed. They send you pictures of what is happening so you see first hand and you even get a certificate for a free car wash with most repairs. This is my new shop!! Justin is the best.

I was pleased with the friendliness of everyone . Maybe a little overwhelmed with the email going over my car. Was just a little to much at one time. John the shuttle driver as very friendly and a careful driver.
