This was my first time coming into this John's Automotive. I needed my transmission fluid changed. I went to another shop on Aero drive and they wanted to charge me an arm and leg and told me I needed other things done. I'm hesitant to trust any repair shop. But coming to Johns Automotive, I did not feel like that whatsoever. I spoke to Erika and she was very friendly, yet professional and showed concern over my car needs. When I came to the shop, she was reassuring, knowledgeable and honest. The customer service was top notch and the prices for the services was very reasonable. The place was clean and the service was excellent. My car is running smoothly and I will not only be coming back, but I'll spread the word - if anyone needs any auto repairs, Johns automotive is the only place to go! Very good job by the entire team. Erika was caring and attentive in writing up the order and keeping us informed of the repair. The front desk was very friendly. Very happy to find this place after many years dealing with several major car dealer services in SD. Many thanks also to AAA for directing us to this place.

Can't stand this place. My 1987 Ford F-159 needed work not only did they not fix it but did even have it running although it was running when it arrived. Told me I needed a new motor. Henry's Radiator and Automotive Repair had it running in a week.
