John’s automotive does it differently. They give you a thorough report on all of your car’s issues and they communicate everything well. They don’t try to sell you unnecessary repairs. The staff is friendly and car repairs are done fairly quick.

I love the shop. Only been here a couple times. Thank you to my bud Ben for helping me out with pressing the ball joints in the knuckles. And thanks to the team for the alignment and a little inspection confirming my insight on what to do next with the car. Thanks for the help and diagnosis on my Chevy Tahoe, and for the personal referral to Chevy to hopefully cover the issue under warranty even though I’m out by a couple months. Aside the fact that I worked for Johns for almost 4 years, I have now since become a customer. One of my fleet trucks was down. Got it there late afternoon, they had a diagnosis still that same day AND had it ready for pick up in less than 24 hours. This is fantastic. With 22 trucks in the fleet, Im sure there will be more coming to Johns for the great service. In my world, if my trucks are down, Im losing money at a rapid rate. Johns has this one their minds as rule #1 and really came through. Thanks Guys!!
