This was my first time coming into this John's Automotive. I needed my transmission fluid changed. I went to another shop on Aero drive and they wanted to charge me an arm and leg and told me I needed other things done. I'm hesitant to trust any repair shop. But coming to Johns Automotive, I did not feel like that whatsoever. I spoke to Erika and she was very friendly, yet professional and showed concern over my car needs. When I came to the shop, she was reassuring, knowledgeable and honest. The customer service was top notch and the prices for the services was very reasonable. The place was clean and the service was excellent. My car is running smoothly and I will not only be coming back, but I'll spread the word - if anyone needs any auto repairs, Johns automotive is the only place to go!
