John’s automotive does it differently. They give you a thorough report on all of your car’s issues and they communicate everything well. They don’t try to sell you unnecessary repairs. The staff is friendly and car repairs are done fairly quick.

I love the shop. Only been here a couple times. Thank you to my bud Ben for helping me out with pressing the ball joints in the knuckles. And thanks to the team for the alignment and a little inspection confirming my insight on what to do next with the car. Great shop, awesome knowledgeable techs and highly recommend others to come here for their vehicle needs. Keep up the outstanding work you do here.

Great service as always! Dawn and Brian (with an I) definitely have their customer’s best interests in mind. Thanks for the help and diagnosis on my Chevy Tahoe, and for the personal referral to Chevy to hopefully cover the issue under warranty even though I’m out by a couple months.
