I appreciate that everyone on the staff, from reception to technician, work to provide excellent service. Communication is excellent. The technician provides a detailed report of the problem, quote for the job, and estimate of time required to get the job done.

Ereka was extremely helpful to me on the phone and she was able to help me figure out my tire size to have the tires ready for me to get serviced during my lunch break. I really appreciate the help and they were even able to give me a discount for being a essential healthcare provider.

Aside the fact that I worked for Johns for almost 4 years, I have now since become a customer. One of my fleet trucks was down. Got it there late afternoon, they had a diagnosis still that same day AND had it ready for pick up in less than 24 hours. This is fantastic. With 22 trucks in the fleet, Im sure there will be more coming to Johns for the great service. In my world, if my trucks are down, Im losing money at a rapid rate. Johns has this one their minds as rule #1 and really came through. Thanks Guys!!
