From start to finish a great experience. John's Automotive was recommended by my neighbor and from the easy online appointment scheduling to the service at the office it was very professional. The service on the car, the explanation of what was done, and what future service needs might be was very clear and easy to understand. The price was more than fair for the services. The email that was sent documenting and showing he service was detailed and very helpful. Basically they knocked it out of the park on my first visit!! I will be returning.
