Outstanding service! My advisor, Erika, was awesome. Communication was great. I was surprised when I recieved a text message with a link showing me a breakdown of all the services they provided (all the items that were good, the items that needed to eventually be replaced based on mileage, and the items that needed immediate care). It even included pics of my car and the code that set off the check engine light. Luckily it wasn't major and they took care of it quickly. I'm very impressed with the whole experience and will definitely bring my cars in for future service.

As always, EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I just needed an oil change today, but a thorough inspection revealed a couple of things I need to take care of very soon. As soon as I can afford to, I'll be taking my car back to John's Auto because you're the only shop I trust! :)

Very impressed. Advisor Dawn is knowledgeable, personable and helpful. I'm from OR, visiting SD. My parked car was sideswiped by a hit-and-run driver damaging strut assembly, tie rods and alignment. It was Friday and I'm leaving on Monday to return to OR. Not all mechanics are open on Saturday. John's got me in, e-mailed me an impressive complete assessment of my entire vehicle along with the new damage, needed repairs, and estimate, complete with pictures. They were able to repair the damage in a timely manner so that I could safely drive home on Monday. I highly recommend John's Automotive Care and have already touted their excellent service to my friend's and family in SD.

I have an Audi which had some crazy electric issues and it was throwing a lot of codes on the OBD reader and this other mechanic shop couldn't figure out the problem, my car just wouldn't run for nothing. I took it to John's automotive care and Erika, James and Don (the front desk people) took really good care of me, they were so nice to me, they even let me leave my car there until I got paid to get the car fixed. I don't usually trust mechanics but they explained to me really well what was going on, and the mechanic Tony is a really smart and experienced mechanic too, (he also came to the front to explain me better what was going on) I definitely trust that guy to work on my car now since he fixed all the problems that he already knew what it was since the day one. Now I trust John's automotive care, and those front desk people are definitely really good with communication and customer service, they are gonna work with you and do whatever they can to get ur car back on the road and a satisfied customer. This is my new go to mechanic shop, and would definitely recommend it to friends.
