I can always count on the guys at John's to take care of my auto care needs with my Explorer. I needed help with a repair to my vehicle that wasn't conventional for what they do at John's, basically any other shop like John's would have told me to go somewhere else because it's not what they do. John and Bryan went above and beyond to help me fix the problem so I didn't have to go somewhere else. Bryan even installed it himself. I trust the team at John's and I got VIP service which is so greatly appreciated!

Dawn and the whole team did an amazing job. They performed a pre-purchase inspection for me and emailed me a detailed list with costs of repairs of all the recommended items. They included pictures too! Made me feel great about buying the SUV and I had them do all the repairs they recommended. They were quick, friendly and so good!
