They gave me updates and a fair, written estimate by email. Got the car in the next day, had to order parts and had the car ready to pick up the next day. No unwelcome surprises. I can always count on the guys at John's to take care of my auto care needs with my Explorer. I needed help with a repair to my vehicle that wasn't conventional for what they do at John's, basically any other shop like John's would have told me to go somewhere else because it's not what they do. John and Bryan went above and beyond to help me fix the problem so I didn't have to go somewhere else. Bryan even installed it himself. I trust the team at John's and I got VIP service which is so greatly appreciated!
