The Best!

I came to John’s for a tire patch. I ended up needing a tire replaced as well. The entire staff is great! They are knowledgeable, fast and extremely nice. I will definitely be back!

My car's battery died (of course on a weekend) and AAA couldn't provide battery service. Guess who was the only AAA trusted mechanic shop open in the San Diego area--yup, John's Automotive! Justin and his crew providrd me and my wife with polite and hassle-free service. They made sure we were taken care of right away, and in a safe and contact-free environment. We were only there for ten minutes and back on the road. We are very happy customers and recommend John's Automotive team. John's auto is the best! We take all three of our vehicles to get serviced here. We have had trouble with our Honda and they finally found out what the issue was. All of their work is covered by warranty and they have honored it too. They have gained our trust and we are so thankful!

As soon as my parts showed up, John's Automotive Care staff were quick to get the parts in, working and tested to make sure everything ran properly. The job was done fast and efficiently. They were upfront and honest with prices and didn't try to push any extra maintenance on me. The staff were very friendly, courteous and professional. I am a completely satisfied customer. I definitely will return in the future for any truck issues that may occur.

I had such an amazing experience here. I hate going in to get my oil changed because normally that means dealing with a couple guys telling me all these major things that are wrong with my car and why I need to get them fixed right then and it will only cost me an arm and a leg. It was completely opposite here! I spoke with Dawn at the front desk who set the relaxed friendly tone that kept up throughout the entire time. They have a great safety-first precautionary measures in place and they did a free diagnostics test to inform me of my car's ailments and overall health but did not make me feel pressured whatsoever. Picking up with Dawn was so easy and fast and talking to Justin, who was the nicest guy ever, was extremely informational and helpful. I left feeling like I have finally found a really awesome spot I can trust to take great care of me and my vehicle. I also had a few smaller expensive items in the car that I forgot about and thought for sure would be gone but everything was still right where i left it when I picked my car up at the end of the day.
