Not everybody in this world is fit for customer service so it's really refreshing to interact with reps who are as kind, caring, and upbeat as Bill and Justin. During my initial call to get info on an appointment, Bill was super helpful and friendly. What got me most was when he told me "I may have to keep your car until the end of the day." I told him that I was assuming it would take a few days, due to the crazy knocking, gravel-in-my-engine type sound it was making, to which he replied "oh no! We have the best techs in here that get the job done asap bc we know how disruptive it can be to not have your car." Within 2 hours after dropping off my car, I got an email about what they had found and a list of recommendations (which seemed very fast bc they had 4 other customers in the waiting room when I dropped it off and 2 more walking in as i left). I called to get a quote and Bill was super patient in explaining everything while also giving me a run down of strongly-suggested fixes, as well as "keep an eye on it" type issues I may want to address later on. I'm not a car person at all but he was able to help me understand fully what was going on without making me feel dumb or "pressured." They got my car done lickety-split and Justin helped me check out quickly and easily the next day (I couldn't pick up my car same day due to my work schedule). I have heard horror stories about auto repair places in the past so it was awesome to have such a great experience. I Will recommend these guys to anyone I know looking for quality work, stellar customer service, and quick turnaround time. Thank you again!
