Outstanding Experience! Took my ride to John's Automotive Care for a Smog test. I'm a regular customer, but had not been in since COVID. I've come to count on the extra attention to customer service and postive professionalism of the entire team at John's. So I was not surprised, by their above & beyond, adherence to COVID safety compliance; very impressive! I saved $$$ using a coupon mailed to me by John's, and enjoyed a complimentary beverage in the new outdoor rose garden, shaded by an umbrella. I highly recommend John's Automotive Care. I went for smog test, customer service, awesome, time to do the job, awesone, clean and desinfect your car where job was done, definitely I recommend John's Automotive.

I went to John’s Automotive after my Toyota service center quoted me a super high repair cost. They were able to assess the problem and take my car the same day. The repair was done by the time I woke up the next morning. They also saved me over $100 on the repair costs. Was very pleased with the service and the professionalism of all the staff. Will happily go back for any future issues. Would definitely recommend!

Great communication by the service team, notably Justin, regarding what maintenance services are needed and those that can wait. The shop does a fine job implementing procedures to keep everyone safe from Covid.
