I have gone here for about 2.5 years now. This place is honest and cares about the customer. I had issues with my F150 and had some electrical/battery issues, but they weren’t able to duplicate it. After 45 min and all the testing was done, they said everything was good and decided not to charge me. I have brought 3 cars here ranging from oil changes to exhaust manifold failures, etc.

This is a very well run business. Their service reports are so thorough and detailed. With all the photos of the vehicle and the description of each there leaves no doubt of the attention and work done to my vehicle. Dawn, Benjamin and the whole crew are outstanding representatives and service people. The Core Values are seen, heard and felt throughout the experience. They are committed to the community, they have fair prices, all while maintaining quality and go above and beyond in customer service. Thank you to John's Automotive Care. I will be returning and I am bringing my friends with me.

Great service, great repairs. I really liked the emailed problem report that included pictures and explanations of the problems. Excellent Coronavirus safety protocols too.

Grinding sound in my right front brake. They removed the small rock and everything was fine. Their service was excellent and professional and not expensive.

They have always been respectful and courteous here and given high quality car maintenance. Over the last year since I first gave this review they've earned my trust enough that I wouldn't go anywhere else in SD, not even for an oil change. Today I came in for the first time since COVID and was once again impressed by their care for their customers- everyone was wearing masks, distancing rules were enforced, hand sanitizer was available, high-touch surfaces were being cleaned regularly, and a waiting area had been set up outside. If you need work done on your car call and set up an appointment here. Their care for their customers and expertise in car repair/maintenance shines through every time.

Service was efficient and timely, as always. If not for the pandemic, would have been perfect. Missed being driven to and from work, albeit, I much appreciated their safe and responsible changes during pandemic.
