Benjamin took care of my car service and told me what was wrong with it and sent me an email of the issue of my car. They did a great job and my car feels like brand new. They give discounts if you are military and or a kaiser member or aaa. Will definitely be back with my other vehicle. Thank You Again!!!!

I found them on AAA’s list of affiliated repair shops who was participating the AAA’s Summer Vehicle Checkup Program. From the first call to book the appointment, to vehicle drop off, inspection results and being walked out to my vehicle upon completion, Benjamin (service advisor) and everyone treated me well, respectful and courteous. The oil change was basic, they use synthetic oil only which I prefer. The complete vehicle inspection report and the quotes were extremely detailed, including photos on my own vehicle’s parts and fluids. I’ve never seen anything so comprehensive/detailed. It was state of the art! THANK YOU BENJAMIN and John’s Automotive Care! (By the way, amid Covid-19, they use protective covers on vehicle surfaces and disinfect the steering wheel, gear shifter and panels they touched before letting you get back in the vehicle.)

Bryan was very helpful throughout the entire situation and made sure my family and I knew what was going on before my car was worked on.
